These Terms of Service govern your use of bondstreetwine.co.uk 
and any purchases made through our online store.

Bond Street Wine is a trading name of Origin Spain Ltd, registered 
in England and Wales (Company No. 12474387).
Registered address: 140 Stamford Street Central, OL6 6AD Manchester, 
Greater Manchester, United Kingdom.
We are registered with HMRC under the Alcohol Wholesaler Registration 
Scheme (AWRS: XFAW00000119902).

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of 
age. Bond Street Wine operates a strict age verification policy. 
We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

3. In Bond Purchases
All wines are sold In Bond unless otherwise stated. Prices shown 
exclude UK duty and VAT. Duty and VAT become payable upon removal 
from bond. Inter-account LCB transfers are available to customers 
holding a valid London City Bond account.

4. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Bond Street Wine reserves the right 
to amend prices without prior notice. The price applicable to your 
order is the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. 
Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

6. Delivery
Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. 
Bond Street Wine is not liable for delays caused by third parties, 
customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on bondstreetwine.co.uk is the property of Origin Spain 
Ltd and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any 
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the 
English courts.
