Refund policy

At Bond Street Wine, all wines are sold In Bond and are non-returnable 
once the inter-account transfer or delivery has been completed, except 
in cases of proven product defect or error on our part.

Returns & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. 
After this period, cancellations are subject to a 10% administration 
fee to cover transaction and handling costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 
48 hours of delivery at info@bondstreetwine.co.uk with photographic 
evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

In Bond Transfers
Inter-account LCB transfers are final once executed and cannot be 
reversed. Please ensure all account details are correct before 
confirming a transfer.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the 
Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).
